The Bishop O'Connell Knights basketball team scored 68 points and held the host St. Mary's Ryken Knights to 55 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paul VI for a Washington Catholic contest on Wednesday, January 24. Bishop O'Connell will meet a Panthers team coming off a 59-52 league loss to Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 9-9.

The Knights (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD). The Mustangs enter the Washington Catholic contest with a 16-3 record. In their last contest, Bishop McNamara ran past Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC), 58-28, in a non-league contest.
