In Thursday's league outing, the Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD), by a margin of 73-45.

The Lions (16-6) will now prepare for their outing against St. John's (Washington, DC). The Cadets go into the DCSAA outing with a 16-5 record. In their last outing, St. John's smashed The Academy of the Holy Cross (Kensington, MD), 79-37, in a league outing.

The Knights now own a 10-12 record. They play next when they travel to The Academy of the Holy Cross for a Washington Catholic outing on Friday, February 9.
