January 23, 2024: McKinney, TX 75070 Allen Eagles (Allen, TX) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Boyd Broncos (McKinney, TX), 4-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Braswell Bengals (Little Elm, TX) in a 6A Region 1 District 5 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Allen will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Bengals enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 1-1 league Rock Hill (Frisco, TX).
The Broncos now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to McKinney for a 6A Region 1 District 5 challenge on Friday, January 26. Boyd will confront a Lions team coming off a 4-1 league win over Little Elm (Little Elm, TX). The Lions record now stands at 6-1.
