In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Spring Garden Panthers basketball team scored a good 73-64 triumph over the North Sand Mountain Bison.

The Panthers (23-0) will now prepare for their contest against Appalachian (Oneonta, AL). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 7-13 record. In their last contest, Appalachian topped Jefferson Christian Academy (Birmingham, AL), 73-41, in a league contest.
