Parkway Christian Eagles (Sterling Heights, MI) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Novi Christian Academy Warriors (Novi, MI), 49-42 in a league match.

With the victory, Parkway Christian advances its record to 11-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Roeper (Birmingham, MI) to face the Roughriders in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Roughriders enter the match with a record of 4-7.

The Warriors now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Whitmore Lake for a Michigan Independent - Red match on Friday, January 24. Novi Christian Academy will face a Trojans squad coming off a 65-61 non-league loss to Sand Creek (Sand Creek, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 9-3.
