California High School Basketball - Bear River knocks off Colfax
January 23, 2025: Colfax, CA 95713 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Bear River Bruins basketball team scored a good 50-40 win over the Colfax Falcons.
The Bruins (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Marysville (Marysville, CA). The Indians come into the contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Marysville defeated Wheatland (Wheatland, CA), 58-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Mira Loma Matadors (Sacramento, CA) in a contest, on Thursday, January 30. Colfax will attempt to better on its 6-12 season record. The Matadors come into the contest with a 1-13 record after their 55-48 league loss to Oakmont (Roseville, CA).
