North Carolina High School Basketball - Brevard falls to R-S Central

January 24, 2023: Rutherfordton, NC 28139

In Tuesday's league match, the host R-S Central Hilltoppers basketball team scored a good 61-48 triumph over the Brevard Blue Devils.

In their next game, the Hilltoppers meet the T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, January 25. R-S Central will attempt to move on its 12-7 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 5-14 record after their 57-47 league loss to North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC).

With the defeat, Brevard moves to 14-6 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Chase (Forest City, NC) to meet the Trojans in a 2A Conference 41 match on Tuesday, January 31. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 6-12.
