New York High School Basketball - Lockport trounces Kenmore West
January 24, 2023: Buffalo, NY 14223 The Lockport Lions (Lockport, NY) basketball crushed the host Kenmore West Blue Devils (Buffalo, NY), 69-45 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lions (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Amherst Central (Amherst, NY). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 13-2 record. In their last test, Amherst Central walloped Hamburg (Hamburg, NY), 82-47, in a league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Orchard Park for a non-league test on Saturday, January 28. Kenmore West will encounter a Quakers squad coming off a 67-62 non-league loss to Lewiston-Porter (Youngstown, NY). The Quakers record now stands at 5-7.
