Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Nipomo Titans (Nipomo, CA) and the visiting Santa Ynez Pirates (Santa Ynez, CA), saw Nipomo's basketball squad knock off Santa Ynez by a count of 72-64.

With the victory, Nipomo upgrades its record to 12-10 on the campaign. The Titans travel to San Luis Obispo (San Luis Obispo, CA) to play the Tigers in a Ocean challenge on Friday, January 27. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 15-8. San Luis Obispo lost 60-58 in their recent league challenge against Templeton (Templeton, CA)
