The Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA) basketball nipped the visiting Danville Ironmen (Danville, PA), 40-38 in Wednesday's league test.

The Wildcats (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA). The Green Dragons go into the Heartland I test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Lewisburg got by Shikellamy (Sunbury, PA), 41-35, in a league test.
