California High School Basketball - Central Valley Christian holds off Washington Union
January 24, 2024: Fresno, CA 93706 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Central Valley Christian Cavaliers (Visalia, CA) and the host Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA), saw Central Valley Christian's basketball squad hold off Washington Union by a tally of 47-44.
With the victory, Central Valley Christian improves its record to 8-11 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Selma (Selma, CA) to confront the Bears in a Tri-County - Sequoia challenge on Friday, January 26. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 13-7. Selma won 55-17 in their recent non-league challenge against Kingsburg (Kingsburg, CA)
