Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Selma Bears (Selma, CA) and the visiting Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA), saw Selma's basketball squad overcome Washington Union by a tally of 43-33.

With the victory, Selma improves its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Reedley (Reedley, CA) to confront the Pirates in a Tri-County - Sequoia challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Reedley lost 72-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Sierra Pacific (Hanford, CA)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Exeter Monarchs (Exeter, CA) in a Tri-County - Sequoia challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Washington Union will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record.
