The Appomattox County Raiders basketball squad (Appomattox, VA), was outscored 63-45 in Friday's league battle with the host Dan River Wildcats (Ringgold, VA)

With the victory, Dan River advances its record to 9-4 on the year. The Wildcats host Martinsville (Martinsville, VA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Monday, January 27. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 7-10. Martinsville lost 60-44 in their recent non-league battle against Winfield (Winfield, WV)
