West Virginia High School Basketball - Pocahontas County fells Harman
January 24, 2025: Harman, WV 26270 The Pocahontas County Warriors basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Harman Panthers to 49 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now have a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Pendleton County for a Potomac Valley A game on Saturday, January 25. Pocahontas County will confront a Wildcat team coming off a 73-41 league loss to East Hardy (Baker, WV). The Wildcat record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, Harman falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Highland (Monterey, VA) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Rams go into the game with a record of 5-6. Highland won 59-40 in their recent non-league game against Pocahontas County (Dunmore, WV)
