The John Milledge Academy Trojans basketball squad (Milledgeville, GA), was outscored 53-38 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Stratford Academy Eagles (Macon, GA)

With the victory, Stratford Academy advances its record to 16-4 on the year. The Eagles host Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA) to meet the Trojans in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 6 battle on Monday, January 27. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 14-3. Tattnall Square Academy lost 74-66 in their recent non-league battle against Cristo Rey Atlanta (Atlanta, GA)

The Trojans now own a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brentwood for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 25. John Milledge Academy will meet a War Eagles squad coming off a 71-59 league loss to Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 15-1.
