The Grundy Center Spartans bounced the visiting Columbus Sailors basketball squad by a final score of 66-21 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Spartans face the East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA) in a North Iowa Cedar - West outing, on Tuesday, January 28. Grundy Center will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the outing with a 2-15 record after their 62-18 non-league loss to Hudson (Hudson, IA).
