The Negaunee Miners basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Iron Mountain Mountaineers to 28 in the Miners league triumph on Friday.

The Miners now possess a 14-0 record. They play next when they travel to Gladstone for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. Negaunee will play a Braves team coming off a 72-28 non-league win over Manistique (Manistique, MI). The Braves record now stands at 11-0.

With the loss, Iron Mountain falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Ishpeming (Ishpeming, MI) to play the Hematites in a Mid-Peninsula game on Monday, January 27.
