January 24, 2025: Lynchburg, VA 24502 Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA), 43-32 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Liberty Christian advances its record to 8-0 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Amherst County (Amherst, VA) to face the Lancers in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Lancers enter the match with a record of 8-4. Amherst County won 32-10 in their recent non-league match against Heritage (Lynchburg, VA)
The Cavaliers now own a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. Jefferson Forest will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 40-11 non-league loss to Brookville (Lynchburg, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-12.
