The Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, IL) basketball crushed the host Ridgeview Mustangs (Colfax, IL), 66-40 in Tuesday's league test.

The Minutemen (14-9) will now prepare for their test against Tri-Valley (Downs, IL). The Vikings go into the Heart of Illinois test with a 10-11 record. In their last test, Tri-Valley walloped LeRoy (LeRoy, IL), 52-50, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 2-21 record. They play next when they travel to Fieldcrest for a Heart of Illinois test on Friday, January 28. Ridgeview will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 58-45 league loss to Flanagan-Cornell (Flanagan, IL). The Knights record now stands at 3-12.
