Washington High School Basketball - Tahoma knocked off by Federal Way
January 25, 2024: Federal Way, WA 98003 The Federal Way Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Tahoma Bears to 56 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Rainier for a 3A/4A North Puget Sound contest on Saturday, January 27. Federal Way will meet a Rams team coming off a 50-45 league win over Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA). The Rams record now stands at 9-7.
The Bears (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Decatur (Federal Way, WA). The Golden Gators enter the 3A/4A North Puget Sound contest with a 3-13 record. In their last contest, Decatur was defeated by Kentwood (Covington, WA), 59-45, in a league contest.
