January 30, 2024: Maple Valley, WA 98038 The Kentridge Chargers basketball team (Kent, WA), was overwhelmed 70-38 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Tahoma Bears (Maple Valley, WA)
The Bears now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Rainier for a 3A/4A North Puget Sound battle on Friday, February 2. Tahoma will confront a Rams team coming off a 71-52 league win over Decatur (Federal Way, WA). The Rams record now stands at 11-8.
The Chargers (7-12) will now prepare for their battle against Kentwood (Covington, WA). The Conquerors come into the 3A/4A North Puget Sound battle with a 16-5 record. In their last battle, Kentwood trounced Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA), 62-55, in a league battle.
