Colorado High School Basketball - Riverdale Ridge crushes Niwot

January 25, 2024: Thornton, CO 80602

Riverdale Ridge Ravens (Thornton, CO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO), 72-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Riverdale Ridge upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Ravens travel to Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Resurrection Christian won 68-49 in their recent league bout against Eaton (Eaton, CO)

Next up, the Cougars play the Severance Silver Knights (Severance, CO) in a 5A/4A Longs Peak bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Niwot will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Silver Knights go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 46-43 league win over Mountain View (Loveland, CO).
