January 26, 2023: Wasilla, AK 99687 Nome-Beltz Nanooks (Nome, AK) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Redington Huskies (Wasilla, AK), 68-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Nome-Beltz upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Nanooks host Buckland (Buckland, AK) to clash with the Belugas in a non-league bout on Friday, January 27. The Belugas go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Buckland lost 82-49 in their recent non-league bout against Kotzebue (Kotzebue, AK)
Next up, the Huskies clash with the Kotzebue Huskies (Kotzebue, AK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. Redington will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 82-49 non-league win over Buckland (Buckland, AK).
