The Kellam Knights basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the host Hickory Hawks to 36 in the Knights non-league victory on Thursday.

The Knights now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oscar Smith for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. Kellam will battle a Tigers team coming off a 49-38 league win over Lakeland (Suffolk, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-10.
