Mississippi High School Basketball - Booneville crushes Mantachie
January 26, 2024: Mantachie, MS 38855 Booneville Blue Devils (Booneville, MS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mantachie Mustangs (Mantachie, MS), 68-36 in a league bout.
With the win, Booneville upgrades its record to 20-2 on the season. The Blue Devils host Kossuth (Kossuth, MS) to clash with the Aggies in a 3A Region 1 bout on Saturday, January 27. The Aggies go into the bout with a record of 3-11. Kossuth lost 68-48 in their recent league bout against Belmont (Belmont, MS)
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Alcorn Central Bears (Glen, MS) in a 3A Region 1 bout, on Saturday, January 27. Mantachie will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record.
