Ohio High School Basketball - Holy Name trounces Normandy
January 26, 2024: Parma Heights, OH 44130 The Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH) basketball crushed the visiting Normandy Invaders (Parma, OH), 76-54 in Friday's league test.
The Green Wave (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Archbishop Hoban walloped Lutheran West (Rocky River, OH), 68-62, in a non-league test.
The Invaders now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they host Buckeye for a Great Lakes test on Friday, February 2. Normandy will encounter a Bucks squad coming off a 73-68 non-league loss to Keystone (La Grange, OH). The Bucks record now stands at 2-12.
