Ohio High School Basketball - Normandy falls to Holy Name
December 15, 2023: Parma, OH 44134 In Friday's league match, the visiting Holy Name Green Wave basketball team scored a good 70-50 triumph over the Normandy Invaders.
In their next game, the Green Wave meet the Gilmour Academy Lancers (Gates Mills, OH) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 16. Holy Name will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Lancers enter the match with a 4-1 record after their 78-51 non-league win over Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH).
With the defeat, Normandy moves to 2-2 on the year. The Invaders travel to Buckeye (Medina, OH) to meet the Bucks in a Great Lakes match on Tuesday, December 19. The Bucks enter the match with a record of 0-4. Buckeye lost 68-42 in their recent league match against Lakewood (Lakewood, OH)
