Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the West Central Area Knights (Barrett, MN) and the host Montevideo Thunderhawks (Montevideo, MN), saw West Central Area's basketball squad overcome Montevideo by a tally of 60-46.

With the victory, West Central Area improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Brandon/Evansville (Brandon, MN) to confront the Chargers in a A Section 6 challenge on Monday, January 29. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 11-5.
