Georgia High School Basketball - Towers can't hold off Redan

January 26, 2024: Decatur, GA 30032

The Redan Raiders basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Towers Titans to 45 in the Raiders league victory on Friday.

The Raiders now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McNair for a AA Region 5 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Redan will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 66-40 non-league loss to Jasper County (Monticello, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-20.

The Titans (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA). The War Eagles come into the AA Region 5 contest with a 13-7 record. In their last contest, Landmark Christian edged Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (McDonough, GA), 42-41, in a league contest.
