Nebraska High School Basketball - Bridgeport crushes Hershey

January 26, 2024: Bridgeport, NE 69336

Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, NE) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hershey Panthers (Hershey, NE), 61-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bridgeport upgrades its record to 16-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Bayard (Bayard, NE) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 16-1. Bayard won 68-10 in their recent non-league bout against Minatare (Minatare, NE)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE) in a C1 District 11 game, on Saturday, January 27. Hershey will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Longhorns enter the game with a 8-7 record after their 45-36 non-league win over Holyoke (Holyoke, CO).
