The Hershey Panthers routed the visiting Kimball Longhorns basketball team by a final score of 58-27 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Ogallala Indians (Ogallala, NE) in a C1 District 11 game, on Saturday, December 16. Hershey will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 5-1 record after their 50-39 non-league win over Gering (Gering, NE).

With the defeat, Kimball moves to 1-5 on the year. The Longhorns travel to South Platte (Big Springs, NE) to face the Blue Knights in a D1 District 12 game on Tuesday, January 2. The Blue Knights enter the game with a record of 3-2.
