North Carolina High School Basketball - Huss crushes North Gaston

Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC), 69-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Huss upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Huskies host Crest (Shelby, NC) to play the Chargers in a 3A Big South bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Crest won 58-44 in their recent league bout against Forestview (Gastonia, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC) in a 3A Big South bout, on Tuesday, January 30. North Gaston will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Storm go into the bout with a 14-4 record after their 76-19 league win over Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC).
