Georgia High School Basketball - Druid Hills nips Miller Grove
January 27, 2023: Atlanta, GA 30307 Druid Hills Red Devils (Atlanta, GA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Miller Grove Wolverines (Lithonia, GA), 53-48 in a league bout.
With the victory, Druid Hills upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Red Devils host Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA) to play the Jaguars in a AAAA Region 6 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 12-8. Stephenson won 52-50 in their recent league bout against Hapeville Charter (Atlanta, GA)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Hapeville Charter Hornets (Atlanta, GA) in a AAAA Region 6 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Miller Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 13-7 record after their 52-50 league loss to Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA).
