Ohio High School Basketball - Jackson-Milton thwarts McDonald
January 27, 2023: North Jackson, OH 44451 The Jackson-Milton Bluejays (North Jackson, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH), 78-70 in Friday's league test.
The Bluejays (6-10) will now prepare for their test against Waterloo (Atwater, OH). The Vikings go into the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Waterloo notched a victory over McKinley (Sebring, OH), 49-40, in a league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lowellville for a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet test on Tuesday, January 31. McDonald will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 46-22 league win over Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 15-1.
