Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Macon-East Montgomery Academy Knights (Cecil, AL) and the host Valiant Cross Academy Warriors (Montgomery, AL), saw Macon-East Montgomery Academy's basketball squad overcome Valiant Cross Academy by a tally of 57-44.

With the victory, Macon-East Montgomery Academy improves its record to 20-5 on the campaign. The Knights host Hooper Academy (Hope Hull, AL) to confront the Colts in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Colts come into the challenge with a record of 5-11. Hooper Academy lost 74-66 in their recent non-league challenge against Coosa Valley Academy (Harpersville, AL)
