Florida High School Basketball - Nease overwhelms Tocoi Creek
January 27, 2023: Ponte Vedra, FL 32095 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Nease Panthers (Ponte Vedra, FL) and the visiting Tocoi Creek Toros (St. Augustine, FL), saw Nease's basketball squad wallop Tocoi Creek by a count of 49-28.
With the victory, Nease upgrades its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Panthers host Beachside (St. Johns, FL) to play the Barracudas in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Barracudas come into the challenge with a record of 9-12.
Next up, the Toros play the Temple Christian Academy (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 30. Tocoi Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 10-12 season record. The come into the challenge with a 15-5 record after their 59-53 non-league win over Redeemer Christian (Ocala, FL).
