Louisiana High School Basketball - Quitman topples Weston
January 27, 2023: Quitman, LA 71268 In Friday's league outing, the Quitman Wolverines (Quitman, LA) basketball squad beat the visiting Weston Wolves (Jonesboro, LA), by a margin of 59-41.
The Wolverines (9-5) will now prepare for their outing against Doyline (Doyline, LA). The Panthers go into the B District 1 outing with a 21-2 record. In their last outing, Doyline toppled Castor (Castor, LA), 79-51, in a league bout.
Next up, the Wolves play the Doyline Panthers (Doyline, LA) in a B District 1 bout, on Friday, February 3. Weston will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record.
