The Panthers (21-10) will now prepare for their test against Goliad (Goliad, TX). The Tigers go into the 3A Region IV District 29 test with a 17-12 record. In their last test, Goliad was trounced by Mathis (Mathis, TX), 41-36, in a league test.
The Longhorns now own a 15-15 record. They play next when they travel to Taft for a 3A Region IV District 29 test on Tuesday, January 31. George West will encounter a Greyhounds squad coming off a 26-21 league loss to Odem (Odem, TX). The Greyhounds record now stands at 5-26.
