New Hampshire High School Basketball - Portsmouth tops Exeter
January 27, 2023: Portsmouth, NH 03801 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Portsmouth Clippers (Portsmouth, NH) and the visiting Exeter Blue Hawks (Exeter, NH), saw Portsmouth's basketball squad knock off Exeter by a count of 57-37.
With the victory, Portsmouth upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Clippers travel to Windham (Windham, NH) to play the Jaguars in a Division I challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Windham won 44-33 in their recent league challenge against Manchester Central (Manchester, NH)
Next up, the Blue Hawks play the Trinity Pioneers (Manchester, NH) in a Division I challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Exeter will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 60-32 league loss to Goffstown (Goffstown, NH).
