New Hampshire High School Basketball - Portsmouth overwhelms Manchester Central
January 3, 2023: Portsmouth, NH 03801 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Portsmouth Clippers (Portsmouth, NH) and the visiting Manchester Central Little Green (Manchester, NH), saw Portsmouth's basketball squad wallop Manchester Central by a tally of 53-17.
With the victory, Portsmouth improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Clippers travel to Salem (Salem, NH) to confront the Blue Devils in a Division I challenge on Friday, January 6. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
Next up, the Little Green confront the Exeter Blue Hawks (Exeter, NH) in a Division I challenge, on Friday, January 6. Manchester Central will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Blue Hawks come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 43-40 league win over Dover (Dover, NH).
