New Hampshire High School Basketball - Portsmouth fells Salem
January 6, 2023: Salem, NH 03079 Portsmouth Clippers (Portsmouth, NH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Salem Blue Devils (Salem, NH), 64-47 in a league bout.
With the win, Portsmouth upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Clippers host Pinkerton (Derry, NH) to clash with the Astros in a Division I bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Astros go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Pinkerton lost 75-30 in their recent league bout against Bishop Guertin (Nashua, NH)
Next up, the Blue Devils clash with the Manchester Memorial Crusaders (Manchester, NH) in a Division I bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Salem will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 55-43 league loss to Goffstown (Goffstown, NH).
