Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Upper Dublin overwhelms Wissahickon
January 27, 2023: Ambler, PA 19002 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Upper Dublin Cardinals (Fort Washington, PA) and the host Wissahickon Trojans (Ambler, PA), saw Upper Dublin's basketball squad wallop Wissahickon by a count of 61-32.
With the victory, Upper Dublin upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Abington (Abington, PA) to play the Galloping Ghosts in a Suburban One - American challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Galloping Ghosts come into the challenge with a record of 15-4. Abington won 61-31 in their recent league challenge against Hatboro-Horsham (Horsham, PA)
Next up, the Trojans play the Quakertown Panthers (Quakertown, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Wissahickon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 9-10 record after their 50-41 non-league loss to Kennett (Kennett Square, PA).
