Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Quakertown nudges Wissahickon

January 31, 2023: Ambler, PA 19002

Quakertown Panthers (Quakertown, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wissahickon Trojans (Ambler, PA), 52-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Quakertown upgrades its record to 10-10 on the season. The Panthers travel to Hatboro-Horsham (Horsham, PA) to clash with the Hatters in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Hatters go into the bout with a record of 6-12. Hatboro-Horsham lost 58-26 in their recent non-league bout against Plymouth Whitemarsh (Plymouth Meeting, PA)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Council Rock South Golden Hawks (Holland, PA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Wissahickon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Golden Hawks go into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 44-36 league win over Council Rock North (Newtown, PA).
