Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Quakertown Panthers (Quakertown, PA) and the visiting Lower Moreland Lions (Huntingdon Valley, PA), saw Quakertown's basketball squad knock off Lower Moreland by a count of 42-32.

With the victory, Quakertown upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Springfield Township (Erdenheim, PA) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 2-5.

Next up, the Lions play the Sacred Heart Academy Lions (Bryn Mawr, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Lower Moreland will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
