The Cougars now possess a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tunstall for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 31. Patrick County will confront a Trojans team coming off a 34-28 non-league loss to George Washington (Danville, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 6-4.
The Warriors (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Halifax County (South Boston, VA). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Halifax County was nudged by Martinsville (Martinsville, VA), 52-44, in a non-league battle.
