Texas High School Basketball - Wisdom knocked off by Waltrip
January 27, 2024: Houston, TX 77057 The Waltrip Rams basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Wisdom Generals to 50 in the Rams league triumph on Saturday.
The Rams now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison for a 5A Region III District 19 contest on Wednesday, January 31. Waltrip will meet a Marlins team coming off a 96-60 league win over Milby (Houston, TX). The Marlins record now stands at 19-7.
The Generals (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Northside (Houston, TX). The Panthers enter the 5A Region III District 19 contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, Northside was outscored by Waltrip (Houston, TX), 82-61, in a league contest.
