Golden Sierra Grizzlies (Garden Valley, CA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Highlands Scots (North Highlands, CA), 51-48 in a league match.

With the victory, Golden Sierra advances its record to 10-10 on the year. The Grizzlies host Vacaville Christian (Vacaville, CA) to meet the Falcons in a Sierra Delta League match on Wednesday, January 29. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 11-9. Vacaville Christian lost 92-54 in their recent league match against Woodland Christian (Woodland, CA)
