Quitman Panthers (Quitman, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Northeast Jones Tigers (Laurel, MS), 53-15 in a league match.

With the victory, Quitman upgrades its record to 15-8 on the year. The Panthers travel to Forest (Forest, MS) to face the Bearcats in a 4A Region 5 match on Friday, January 31. The Bearcats enter the match with a record of 9-11.
