January 28, 2022: Elmwood, IL 61529 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Illini Bluffs Tigers (Glasford, IL) and the host Elmwood Trojans (Elmwood, IL), saw Illini Bluffs's basketball squad overcome Elmwood by a tally of 50-38.
With the victory, Illini Bluffs improves its record to 10-11 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Midwest Central (Manito, IL) to confront the Raiders in a Tomahawk challenge on Tuesday, February 1. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 5-13. Midwest Central won 51-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Astoria/VIT (Astoria, IL)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Astoria/VIT Rebels (Astoria, IL) in a Prairieland challenge, on Tuesday, February 1. Elmwood will attempt to improve on its 12-10 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 3-17 record after their 51-28 non-league loss to Midwest Central (Manito, IL).
