Illinois High School Basketball - Farmington fells Illini Bluffs
February 8, 2022: Glasford, IL 61533 Farmington Farmers (Farmington, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Illini Bluffs Tigers (Glasford, IL), 53-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Farmington upgrades its record to 21-6 on the season. The Farmers host Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 11. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 22-4. Peoria Christian won 48-43 in their recent non-league bout against Macomb (Macomb, IL)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Hartsburg-Emden Stags (Hartsburg, IL) in a Tomahawk bout, on Wednesday, February 9. Illini Bluffs will attempt to upgrade on its 11-12 season record. The Stags go into the bout with a 0-20 record after their 63-27 non-league loss to Tremont (Tremont, IL).
